Directions to the Kathy Hospice at St. Joseph’s Hospital

St. Joseph's Hospital is located on Highway US-45 five miles south of West Bend, across from the Washington County Fair Park.

From Milwaukee:
Take US-45 N toward West Bend to the Pleasant Valley Road exit. At the exit turn left (west) onto Pleasant Valley Road, the hospital will be visible on your right. Follow signs to designated parking area.

From Fond du Lac:
Via US-45 S toward Milwaukee to the Pleasant Valley Road exit. At the exit turn right (west) onto Pleasant Valley Road, the hospital will be visible on your right. Follow signs to designated parking area.

From the East:
Take WI-60 west to US-45. Turn right onto US-45 N toward West Bend to the Pleasant Valley Road exit. At the exit turn left (west) onto Pleasant Valley Road, the hospital will be visible on your right. Follow signs to designated parking area.

From the West:
Take WI-33/144 east to US-45. Turn right onto US-45 S toward Milwaukee to the Pleasant Valley Road exit. At the exit turn right (west) onto Pleasant Valley Road, the hospital will be visible on your right. Follow signs to designated parking area.
